1. Whipped Cream By Illume Candles Boulangerie Collection
The Boulangerie Collection by Illume candles is one of my absolute favorites. Every single candle in this 6 scent collection is incredible in every aspect. I’ve included some in many of my top favorite candles lists including Espresso recently making it in my top coffee scented candles list and this pear scent making it in my top candles under $30 list.
Whipped Cream & Pear gives you a very noticeable crisp and accurate gourmand pear fragrance that is blended perfectly with some whipped cream and vanilla notes.
I highly recommend this candle to anyone looking for a great pear candle and especially those who have never tried a candle from this lineup before – they’re soooooo good!

2. Velvet Pear By NEST New York Candles
NEST always seems to make my favorites lists and their Velvet Pear candle is another awesome scent that deserves praise and easily deserves a spot on this list.
You get the heavy pear fragrance in this candle, but it also has a few other notes that really play well with the fruitiness and create something that can be burned day after day without tiring of its scent.
Excellent burn quality as to be expected from NEST candles. The higher price tag is worth it if you’re looking for a good quality candle.

3. English Pear & Freesia By Jo Malone Candles
This is a candle scent that sticks with you and is honestly quite addicting. English Pear & Freesia is a longtime favorite from Jo Malone London. It’s got a strong and fresh pear top note that touches on the side of sour followed up by some woodsy notes of amber and musk layered on top of florals headed by white freesias.
This is a luxury fragrance, and with the higher price tag you also get a scent that is a lot more complex and rich than if you were to buy a cheaper pear scented candle.
Jo Malone candles pack a fragrance punch and burn great. You can grab this candle in all of Jo Malone’s various sizes, but I’ve linked their 88oz luxury sized candle below. These large versions of their candles throw a good amount of scent even when they are not lit but they also make excellent centerpieces for the fall season with 5 wicks that burn beautifully.

4. Savoy By Harlem Candle Co.
I believe that this is the first time I’ve recommended Harlem Candle Co. on our blog. Don’t let that fool you however, as they make some incredible candles and I just haven’t had as much opportunity to shine a light on them as I’d like to.
Savoy will be the first candle I share from them and it is a great one. Named after the Savoy Ballroom in 1940’s era New York City, this candle scent is one that bounces around between pear and other fruity notes to musky sandalwood with an overall lighter fragrance profile than some others on this list, but one that is still very impressive.

5. Bourbon Pear By Root Candles
Bourbon Pear is a pear scented candle that has been getting some incredible reviews on Amazon with a few reviewers saying that this is the best pear candle they’ve ever tried. I haven’t tested this one out myself, so I can’t say for certain how good it actually is but you can’t really go wrong with a review like that can you?
