Hi candle junkie friends! Today, I’m covering a topic that’s both an ancient wonder and a modern marvel: essential oils.
If you’re new here or just need a refresher, grab a cup of tea, and let’s chat about these amazing little bottles of nature.
What’s the Deal with Essential Oils?
You know those fancy little bottles you see in health stores or online? That’s essential oils.
Basically it’s like a field of lavender, a fresh orange peel, or even a sprig of peppermint – condensed in its pure form into a bottle.
Extracted through steam or cold-press, these oils are pure plant goodness.
From Ancient Temples to Your Living Room
History is full of essential oil wisdom. Back in the day you might have found yourself walking through ancient markets filled with scented oils and herbs. Today, science is giving a nod to what our ancestors knew. Cool, right?
Let’s Talk Essential Oils For Candle Making
Candles and essential oils are like peanut butter and jelly – they just belong together. In fact, candles are often scented using essential oils.
If you’re into candle making, add a few drops of your favorite oil to your wax, and voila! You’ve got yourself a spa day at home. It’s artsy, fun, and smells heavenly!
Stressed? Tired? There’s an Oil for That!
Life’s busy, and let’s be real, sometimes stressful and overwhelming.
Using essential oils in diffusers is a great way to add fragrance along with some added health benefits easily. A little lavender here, some citrus there, and you’re on your way to relaxation town.
Essential oils are like nature’s little therapists.
Essential Oil Shopping Time!
Amazon’s packed with essential oils, but make sure to read the reviews. After doing lots of research myself, I settled on this brand with excellent reviews from Amazon
Wrapping It Up
So there you have it, friends! Essential oils are not just for hippies or health nuts. They’re for anyone who loves good scents, relaxation, creativity, and a connection to nature.
Whether you’re into health, want to perk up your mood, or get crafty with some candle making, essential oils should be a go-to.
Give them a whirl and let me know what you think.
Catch you next time,
Carmine

I’m such a big fan of essential oils. I find them so good for so many things. I especially like lavender, as I’m a bit of an insomniac, but I also like rose oil. Now that I have children, I don’t burn them as much as I used to, but your post has reminded me I should do so more often. #mbpw
